I mean really, who are these people that sent in some of the emails that Chris posted below? I'm sure that their mothers are very proud of the idiots that they have raised!! As you could tell from Chris' response email, he took the "kill them w/kindness approach". I, on the other hand, wanted to personally respond to each of them with an equally rude email. Oh well, I guess that's why I'm not in the business!!!
