My job at CNN is just freelance work... meaning they only call when they need me. As a result it is pretty hot and cold. I have worked several times a week and then gone a month between opportunities. Thankfully the year is coming to an end and everyone is trying to get that vacation time in. I have already worked the past 2 Friday's on Headline News with many more days to come.
Here is when you will see me coming up...
12/12 (Headline News 6a-11a)
12/20 (CNN PM Shift 2p-11p)
12/22 (Headline News 6a-11a)
12/23 (Headline News 6a-11a)
12/24 (Headline News 6a-11a)
12/25 (Headline News 6a-11a)
12/26 (Headline News 6a-11a)
12/31 (Headline News 6a-11a)
1/1 (Headline News 6a-11a)
I will actually make more money this month than I did at my last job each month!! If only every month was December! ;-)
Keep watching...

Here's what I know about Chris Smith. He was always right about the weather in Macon. And, our town isn't easy to predict. Very impressive. (I was considering not giving the town's name but I figured that if Ernie Johnson Jr. worked here maybe it won't hurt Mr. Smith's reputation.)
The other thing is the countless times he stayed on overnight during tornadoes keeping everyone informed. Most meteorologists do that. But here's the big difference. I only had a radio that would receive television audio and he even took that into consideration giving audible details. I was never left out of the information loop. A true lifeline.
A true pro.
Bill,
How many times do I have to tell you not to drink and post. :-)
Thanks for the kind words. Hope all is well.
