Job Update...

I finally got some news on the job front y'day. It is good news/OK news I guess you can say. Hell, anything is better than bad news. :-)

Anyway, I am supposed to start training next week to fill in on Headline News for Bob Van Dillen. This is the good news as it gets me on the network level where anyone in the country can watch me. The kinda bad news is that that would only be 5 weeks of vacation relief plus sick relief (lets hope Bob is not a healthy cat) :-). The key will be getting over on the CNN side of things as they have a lot more product to fill... giving me more on-air time/more $$$. :-) They are just a bit fussier on who works over on the CNN networks so I will likely have to prove myself.

For now, I will take advantage of this opportunity and make the best of it. Show my stuff and hopefully the that will take care of the rest of things.

Anyway, that's the latest. I will let you know more as I find out more. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers.
